Draft jobs and abandoned checkout recovery

Recruiters can now save jobs as a draft to save their progress without completing checkout.

Draft job posts can be managed by recruiters alongside other jobs in the company admin page where they can choose to edit, delete, or continue posting a draft job post.

Recruiters who begin posting a job but do not complete the checkout process will have their job posts automatically saved as a draft.

Finally, if a recruiter has draft job posts we added a step during the job posting flow which prompts them to continue posting one of their recent drafts instead of starting from scratch.
